I'm Jonathan Griffiths BSc — nutritionist, performance coach, author, and founder of Carnivore Team GB. Through my 800+ YouTube videos, international coaching, and living with the most painful condition known to man - Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), I’ve helped thousands optimize their health, body composition, and mindset — all through the power of meat-based nutrition.

I’ve lived as a carnivore since 2020. I’ve competed in multiple UK bodybuilding events while managing a degenerative spine, CRPS, autism, and CFS. I’ve studied Medical Science, hold a BSc in Human Nutrition, and my coaching reflects lived wisdom — not just theory.

 

I’ve been featured in carnivore livestreams and events alongside Dr Anthony Chaffee, Professor Bart Kay, Richard Smith, Coach Stephen Thomas, Harry Serpanos, and countless others.
